Minimize in place?

I was reading a MacWorld that sad Jaguar was able to minimize windows in place. Is this true? I haven't seen any options for that in the dock preference pane. Is there anyway to do it manually?

Nevermind I just found a website that allows you to enable it. Apparently it wasn't in the final release of Jaguar.

I love it this would have been a good post in the usability thread but I'm too lazy to go back. Actually now I'm gonna go back and post it.
