Mirroring a desktop to a PB

Hello and Happy New Year,

Would anyone happen to know the best and most simple way to keep a G5 mirrored to a PB and vise versa?

Right now I'm doing a drag and drop either through the airport network or target disk mode.

Is there a simple software solution for this?

Are you willing to pay for a dot Mac account? The built in Sync function of OS X will sync up email and settings (files?) and it runs automatically at a period set by you. I have not used but read about rsync, a unix command, so if both machines are running OS X this could be used (I have seen articles in MacAddict, How To, Nov 2004). rsync can sync all flles and be put into an apple script which could run at preset times.

SuperDuper is a backup utility that can help. The feature that will come handy for you is called "Smart Update." The SuperDuper Page. For me, it was money well spent (lil less than 30 dollars).
