Missing (close,min,max) window buttons

I don't know if it's me or not but, the window buttons for closing, minimizing, etc. are missing from most of the applications with a metal look. Can someone explain this to me?

The only way I can seem to get them back is if I run the APE demetalizer.

It looks like you've been doing theming (either Milk or a de-lined aqua). Could be that the theme you're using is messing with the widgets. Not all of the themes are broken, though. I'm using the metal theme through Duality, and my widgets are fine (see attachment). Does it do it if you use a different theme?

Man, I completely forgot I had a theme'ng going on! Really appreciate it. I had duality turned off (at least I thought I did). Really appreicate it.

Only been using a Mac for about 7 months (17+ year pc user) so, I'm still kinda a noob. ;-)

P.S. I changed to a different theme and it's still doing it. Do I need to logout and back in to get it to work proper?

Go over to versiontracker.com and get AquaFix. Your buttons will come back. Make sure to turn off themes first though!

Thanks all! I downloaded an updated Smooth 2.6 theme and all is well again.
