Missing Emails

Hi

I started getting an new error message in my inbox on some of the emails saying that I had to go online in order to download the message which was previously always available.

As emails are removed from my mail server regularly I couldn't get them. I tried help which suggested I rebuild the mail box. After doing that now all the emails are completely missing.

Any ideas would be most appreciated. I have lost a large number of important messages and attachments.
