missing hard disk space

[osXTiger]

I have a g4 imac, with a 60 gig drive.

25 gigs has gone missing. I have reinstalled the operating system, and transferred my data back. I have a feeling something to do with iMOvie, as the movie i did last year, was about 25 gigs. Although I have deleted it off my computer, somehow the space is still missing. Where do i look to clean that up?
