Mobile phone as dial up modem

Few questions as I have never done this before.

I have a Nokia N95, which is a 3G phone. If I'm using this as a dial up modem with my Mac will I get 3G download speeds whilst browsing the internet?

Second and most important of all, how. How do I go about using my phone as a dial up modem, would be extremely grateful if someone could give me a quick run through and/ or point me towards a tutorial.
