Recently over the last couple of days I have noticed a change in non-anti aliased 10pt Monaco font in applications such as SubEthaEdit, Xcode and Terminal. A few of the characters look 'ugly' and different, while some, such as () which never used to 'line-up' the ) was always smaller seem to be fixed. Conversely {} seem to have changed a fair amount with the } looking very different.
I have attached a screenshot of the changes. Has anyone else experienced these. It may have been after an OS X update, I am not sure, but I am currently running 10.4.10 on an iBook G4.
