Monitor question

Now I'm in the proces of buying a monitor for my PowerMac. I was wondering what kind of monitor to get, one with ADC or one without. What are the advantages of the ADC?

I would really appreciate your input.

1. ADC allows you to connect a monitior with one cable... Power and Display cables are contained together in one cord.

2. ADC is a Digtial Signal, and since the output is never converted to analog, the actual image is crisper and truer.

That said, when I bought a new monitor for my Mac... I got a CRT LaCie 19" that connects using VGA. Best balance of screeen resolution, quality and cost, IMHO.

adc is also more expensive for the same size monitor size as dvi. if you have the money, go adc. if you are going for dirt cheep go for 3rd party dvi.
