Hi friends!

There`s a way to upgrade from Mountain lion to Mavericks? I search and all the tutorials says to download Mavericks from Apple Store (but Apple store has only El Captain) at this time...

Yes, you can download Mavericks from the App Store.
However - that is only if you have previously purchased Mavericks. As you notice, Mavericks is not available through the App Store as a new purchase.
(Note: I am aware that Mavericks is free. But, it appears under your Purchased tab in the App Store if you have downloaded it in the past)

You MIGHT be able to copy the Mavericks installer at an Apple Store, just talk to a "genius".
(2nd note: I don't know what an Apple Store's policy is about getting older OS X installers. You can ask!)

Or, you might have a friend, a Mac user, who has previously purchased Mavericks. They would be able to download it again.
