Mounting a PC USB drive?

Does anyone know if it's possible to mount a PC USB drive in OS X? I believe the PC drive is running NTFS. Anything I can do to access it?
 
You can access PC USB drives that have been formatted with the FAT or FAT32 file systems. But I don't think the Mac recognises the NTFS file system.
 
I don't think SAMBA will help unless you can plug the USB drive into pa PC and then connect via Ethernet.
