mouseover for Neooffice

.Is there a way to get mouseovers on the toolbar icons to show the text name of the item? Surprisingly this is available on OpenOffice.
 
Which version of NeoOffice are you using?
In NeoOffice 3.0 I get the tooltips on the items on the toolbar without any problem.
 
NeoOffice 3.1.2, preferences, then NeoOffice/General, and turn on Tips. There's also an extended tips, which shows quite a bit about those features, although the response to display all that seems a little slow.

Just as an aside, OpenOffice is changing its name. Right now, it's called "LibreOffice"

That is it. I wonder why this was so hard to find. Speaking of LibreOffice is there much difference between this and Neooffice? One thing I noticed is the OPEN at Launch which I like.
