move/duplicate user accounts


I am looking for a way to move and duplicate user accounts. I have multiple machines, but one is my main business machine with email and other OSX user related information. If that machine has a problem and I need to move my info on another machine, what do I do? I there any easy way to move a user account to another machine?
If you have an upgrated Operating system you can use /Applications/Utilities/Migration Assistant app. The only thing that you need is put your computer in target disk mode and connect it to the other computer. Of course you need FireWire ports on both computers.
