Moving Sound in Jaguar??

Hi all, I just realized on my Mac that if I raise the volume HI enough on my speakers and the volume at max on my Mac that when I move trough my icons in the dock, it makes a little sound, I can literally hear the mouse going over the icons in the dock, also, if I move a window across my screens, I can hear something like a swooch when they move.

Anyone of you hear that?

I have an iBook 600 and I've always had this problem, it doesn't have anything to do with Jaguar. My interpretation has always been that it's a hardware problem: the video out and sound out aren't isolated enough and the graphic signal creates interference in the sound signal.

But I could also be completely wrong

BTW, the problem it most obvious with earphones, even at average volumes...
