Mozilla Add-On: Fasterfox

Is this add-on worth adding on? I'm not as experienced in techno-jabber as some of you folks here. I'm not sure what a couple of terms mean in the description/overview. Would I still be able to use it without messing up anything? Looks like the settings/preferences are pretty self-explanatory going by the preview/screenshots. I'd like to hear your thoughts on this extension. Would I notice a significant difference in speed, Web-page rendering, etc.?

Makes a big difference for me. I've been using it for quite a while but I don't use the pre-fetching feature.

How do you use it? What settings do you use, etc.?
