One solution will be Discreet Cleaner 6.0.1

This is a commerical product around £500. I don't know of any shareware or freeware thou.

I have a WMA -> Mp3 converter. I can't imagine why you would want to go the other way, though.

The paid version of Flip4Mac with QuickTime Pro should do the trick, but why?

QT Pro & Flip4Mac do not convert anything to WMA. The only
export of the WM persuasion is "WMV," which isn't exactly the
same thing.
