.mpg files no longer playing sound.

All of my .mpg videos all of a sudden have no sound in Quicktime. They have all worked before, but suddenly the sound has disappeared. All my .wmv video files still have sound and the .mpg video still plays perfectly. Anyone know what the problem could be and how i could fix it?
 
I am having the EXACT same problem. I used Mplayer, and the audio track was perfect, but I would like to find a fix because you can't use Mplayer with Front Row; or can you????
