I am using MS Office in a small business and I am having a variety of issues - the computers are intel iMacs, running Standard version of MS Office 2004 with all of the udates, OS 10.4.10, 1Gb of RAM, and plenty of drive space -
1. One computer gets the error message "word cannot fire"
2. Another computer has issues with loading some of the fonts, but not all of the time - I have completed a clean install of office/deleted all of the preferences - the issue is comes back after a few days of use
3. The last computer unexpectedly quits from time to time - I have also completed a clean install of office/deleted all of the preferences - the issue is comes back after a few days of use
please let me know what I have left out that would help in solving these issues - Thank you for your time and assistance -
