Thanks for your replied.
I am using this laptop for Official use & here I have direct net. I am able to browse hotmail or yahoo sites. So I download latest MSN Messenger for Mac still problem is there. One thing more when I tried it through dialup that time also same error.

Now I am confused.
 
Um, what is the problem/error? if you have a lease line @ the office, is there a firewall? Are you using a proxy?
