we have just set up a multiple users on our systems at college.
my problem is that some of our scanners do not work on the users account, but they work fine on the administrators account.
any ideas
So I take it the accounts you mention are "Managed accounts". Have a look in the Parental Controls and click on the Configure button for Finder.app&System and see if the scanner is there. If it is then you may need to check the box to allow access.
