It seems like my music is in many different folders spread all over the place. Also anytime I download a file it copies it at least once and puts it somewhere else. When I go back into Itunes after downloading files there is almost always two and sometimes three of the same song in there. I really don't understand this. Please give me a hand.

Is the program you're using to download music set to automatically add that music to iTunes? Are the iTunes' Preferences set to "Copy music to library when adding"?
