My Brushed Wood Apps (including safari) don't have 3 dots!!!

Whenever safari is open, or the calculator, then the 3 aqua dots to enlarge, close, and minimize the window aren't there! i always have to guess where to click
anyone know what's wrong???

I've heard of this problem before... Theme apps kinda mess this sort of thing up, actually.

To fix it, uninstall your theme (is something really that wrong with Aqua that you're willing to compromise your system?) or de-metalify the apps, or update your theme to 10.2.3 compatible ones.

If you have trouble restoring Aqua, look for an app called "AquaFix" on version-tracker.
