my ibook died!!! any idea whats up?

i was working today in X.2.2 using Ircle when my
iBook (14" - 700 MHz) decided to die.. the monitor
got all weird and the mouse started moving... so i restart it
and the bootup image (Im using Hal from 2001) was ok,
then i see this (look at the attached image).

is it a virus? is it a faulty screen? is it the video card?
any advice please!!!

Does that picture of the woman exist anywhere on your laptop? It also looks like letters may be under the face, but I can't tell from the image. Are there letters? You may have a virus or this could be a symptom of hacking the boot screen.

the pic was hacked by me during startup. i took it to the apple store
and they think it was probably a pinched video cable.

I've seen similar wierdness on occasion on my G3 233 powerbook. It only happens at boot, and if it boots fine it is fine. I think it's something not getting cleared out of RAM or something. I've gotten quadraphonic display on occasion too from it. Again only during boot. Pinched video cable maybe. I'm thinking it's more digital and boot sequence related. Maybe? Heat? RAM?

i just found it was my logic board... i should get the computer back
