I cannot seem to get a permanent fix for connecting on my local machine to MySQL . I have leopard desktop and i had some fix before, but everytime i restart my machine, i get an error saying Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock'(2).
Is there anyone who knows how to get a permanent script, to set the environment variables etc. to get this working each time?
