This file suddenly showed up on my HD. I tried to make it invisible, but it keeps becoming visible again. I tried to delete it, but I get an error that the file is in use (I've logged off and on and rebooted since moving the file to the desktop). I've got half a mind to do a sudo rm from the terminal, but I'm a little worried that I might kill some critical UNIX something or the other.
Does anyone know what this file is or where it came from? Can I safely sudo rm this file?
