Need a new host - testimonials, anyone ?

My host's administrator has been great to me, but the server has been plagued with serious technical problems (lost IMAP mail twice, entire site once) and at this point I just can't justify keeping my site on their machines.

So, any host recommendations ? I need something with ftp, php, mysql and IMAP at least, any other frills are great (like shell access, CPanel, anon ftp, etc). I'd prefer Linux/Panther Server, and would hate to have to resort to a windows platform...

I'm interested in personal testimonials, which is why I'm shying away from "hosting search engines" and asking here.

Heck, host w/ us. PM me if your interested. All the above except panther/shell access... plesk instead of cpanel.
 
I use lunarpages...in the year they have hosted my wifes website we have had ZERO problems. And when it comes to things I don't understand, they have the best telephone support I have ever used.

Oh, here's an example of awesome customer service. When we signed up they were offering 300 meg of online space. Then, after about 6 months they bumped everyone to 500 at no cost. Right now everyone is 800 and it still doesn't cost more than the 300 we signed for. I use the extra space as an offsite backup for my home system!

What lunar offers is just crazy, I might switch, but I've been satisfied with hostway, but my current plan oesn't include php and mySQL, reason enough to switch.
