need a restore disk for apple

There are only two ways to legally acquire OS X:
1) From the Install/Restore disks that came with the Apple computer.
2) By purchasing a retail version.
You can also get system-specific install/restore disks off of places like eBay, but unless you know exactly what you need, a lot of people find themselves receiving disks they can't use on their model of Apple computer.
My suggestion would be to contact Apple and inquire about getting some replacement disks. In rare cases, Apple has given them to customers for free or for a lower price than a retail version.
