Greetings,
I've been trying to help a friend share files between his G4 400 (10.3.9) and an iMac G5 (10.4.7). It worked up until recently--we would connect each to the other by using the Go menu and using "connect to server", and mount each of the hard drives on the other computer. Now, the G4 will mount the G5, but the G5 won't mount the G4. I'm not sure what, if anything, has changed. The G4 is wired to an Airport extreme base, but the G5 connects to it wirelessly. Both computers connect to the internet just fine this way (a cable modem is plugged into the airport).
But the file sharing will only go one way. Any suggestions?
