Need Help Sooooooooooo Bad

Hello everyone my name is Eve I new to Mac OSX only had it 3-4 weeks tops yet I have managed to mess up a few things..lol
1st I want to know how do I repair or re-install Stuffit since I deleted it by mistake, and apparently I need this program in order for another to run...
2nd While resetting my Admin Password I must have hit one button more then once because now I can't get into my administrative options keeps telling me incorrect password I also did not opt to use a security question either, So I need to know how can I reset it back to default settings basically restore to it's original settings... I can't add or delete any accts as of right now, and could really use some help... Thanx a million to any and all whom can help....Eve
 
To re-install Stuffit, assuming you have an internet connection you just need to go to www.stuffit.com and download the free expander software.

As for your Admin password, boot your Mac from the OSX Installation CD that came with it or a the new one if you have upgraded it. After you have selected the language you will see a Utilities section in the taskbar at the top of the screen. Under that there is an option to reset passwords. Just select your admin account from the list and change it.
