Need help with iMovie

Ok, I just registered and just made a video, which I tried to upload directly to Youtube from the "Share" tab in my iMovie program. It appeared to work at first, but keeps saying "An error occurred" and nothing more.

Nothing else happens. The video never uploads. I need to find out why.

Btw, I use Mac OS X version 10.5.6. Bought the computer back in March. Would appreciate some help.

Are you using the OS X built-in Firewall? It maybe be blocking the FTP protocol from iMovie.

it could be a connection problem i've been on a same situation, quitting bandwidth hog application (ie transmit etc ) could help
