Hi Everyone,
I have an older Imac probably bought it in 1996 or 97 and it has Mac 9.1 on it. Well, I just got roadrunner and wanted to upgrade it to MAC OS X tiger. Will this work? Any information will be greatly appreciated. My email address is TXCB2004@hotmail.com.

The first iMac was released in 1998.
It can run up to 10.3.9.
You need this Firmware Update
Update the memory as much as possibe;
384 MB (Rev. A) 512 MB (Rev. B)
 
Yea, I knew we bought it around that time. I have one of those cool imacs that are blue and white. I'm sorry im young, it's my parents old computer. Thanks for the info though.
