Needed: Instrumental backing tracks to popular songs.

Basically I'm looking for an online archive I can download (if possible, or even legal) the instrumental backing tracks to songs, like they use in karaoke bars

Why? well, it's a long story.

Any ideas?

I have the instrumental backings to the Weird Al songs Yoda and Dare to be Stupuid in MP3. Besides looking up midi sites, I don't know what to tell you.

Some record stores have 'karaoke' tapes of popular songs available. It ain't downloadable but...

I have almost 3000 midi background tracks
they are quite good....
if played with the correct sampler
and there are some stores that sell cds called
"you sing the hits of ...."
let me know if you want my midi files...

hi f_h_petrone, how can i change the midi sampler and where can I found some samplers?

Any information or some links to research about this will be helpful. Sorry for my question, i'm new on macs and any help will be great.
