Net Services Menu

In my services menu there is a entry called "Net Services" which contains the entries "HomePage", "HomePage requirements", "Order Book", "Order Book requirements" etc...

Can somebody tell me what this is, whut its 4 and where it comes from? If I remember it right, the NetServices submenu wuznt there when I installed OS X 10.1... :confused:
 
They appear to be related to iPhoto. I have no idea what it does, but it also only seems to appear in Carbon applications, which can't handle services yet. And iPhoto doesn't even seem to have a Services menu (at least on my computer).
