Netmeeting Programs?

Hello, i'm new to macintosh, and I would like to know if there is any software like Netmeeting, so I can speak with a person thats using a Windows PC?

The D-Link i2eye looks interesting. You cutout the computer directly and it can speak video conference to a Windows Netmeeting computer.

Maybe I'm not thinking of the right thing, but we have NetMeeting integrated with our Outlook to schedule conference calls.

On my Mac I access this using VirtualPC to run Outlook...
