Recycle Me!
Any ideas as to what this fatcarbon error (see attached) thing means, and how to remedy it?

btw, the reason the program is unregistered, is because I can't open the register program! whenever i open it I immediately get these two errors..

Only thing I can think of is that the SnapzPro registration program had to be updated after one of the OS X updates. Could you have gotten hold of an old version of Snapz?
Best bet for you is to email Ambrosia Software and explain your problem.
 
You must have a reeeeeeeeealy old version of Snapz. That bug only occurs if you use the original 1.0.0 version of Snapz Pro X's Register.app on 10.1.x. That happens because of changes Apple made to Carbon in the 10.1 update. Ambrosia had their update out before 10.1 was even released thanks to us beta testers trying it on the "internal" jaguar builds. ;)

Go download the newest version, 1.0.2.
