New ABC upload won't download

ABC.com, FOx.com, and CW.com have all just released a new upgrade to their video programs and I am having trouble downloading it. It says it downloads it, but then says to wait for the video to play, however it never starts. This happened with the last update too. Could it be my computer? I also can't upgrade my adobe flash player. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

More than likely, their "video software" is for Windows machines, which, of course, your computer is not. What is the exact filename that the site downloads?

When you say "can't upgrade my adobe flash player" what does that mean? Did you download the most recent Flash player for Mac? Did you double-click the installer? Did you get any error messages? Does it install but just not work? Please be more specific about what exactly the problem is, and we'll do our best to help.
