It is now downgraded with only CDROM and 600MHz G3 processor. The only different btw those 3 models are RAM size. I think it is going to be discontinued very soon once the eMac down the price near iti.

I was actually planning on getting one of those (the graphite one to be specific) until Apple dropped the education price of the eMac by $150.
