new ibook G4's!!

Alright the new ibook G4's might come out this Tuesday. But what I think the two main things apple is going to use to sell it are, the following the 64 mb graphics card(obvious but the ibook's can support core image, ripple efffect!), and lastly my guess would be the srcolling feature found on all the powerbooks, because I think it's useful even for apple's low-end laptops. Also, colors returning? Maybe to help better sell them? To match the ipod mini's?

Do you have a link for the rumour about new ibooks? For my taste it would be too many updates in such a short time..

I would tend to agree; they just upgraded the PM line, then Tiger came out. If they announce iBook upgrades now, there may very well be a dearth of new things for quite a while, which I'm sure Apple would try to avoid.

I'd tend to agree as well. Although it would make sense for them to hurry the update to support all the Tiger stuff.
