if you COMMAND click an Icon in the dock, a finder window will open at that items location.
If you CONTROL + OPTION + COMMAND + EJECT key (Pro Keyboard) your Mac under OSX will shut down. very handy, haven't found the similar SLEEP option yet. As i don't turn my Mac off.
