New manager - need help!!!

Hi all,

I am a newly found manager of my art department.
So far, it's just me in here.... spooky.

However, someone new is on their way in soon, and I need a lot of support before they get here. Not only on the Mac side of things, but on the PCs, networking from PC to Mac, and PC to PC and Mac to Mac.... and large format printing - on a Design Jet to be specific.

Could anyone offer some insight as to how I might get help on the internet? Are there any other sites like this one for PC and for large format printing and pre-press and printing in general?????

Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated!!!
