New trackpad, can I get the new feature on my Powerbook?

I was using my friends new Powerbook and I love the scrolling feature on the new Powerbooks.

I did a search but can't find the answer. Can I upgrade the trackpad so I can have the new feature?

You don't need to a newtrack pad, just the driver here's a program that does the same exact thing as the driver.
