Newbie needs help setting up a G4 as a file server

I have a G4 with a 20gb hard drive. i added a second one (120GB). I have two questions I can not find answers for.
- Is it possible to move the user folders to the new drive for space purposes?
- How do i share my second drive with Windows users? It will not appear in the Network Neighborhood, only that user's personal folders appear.
