No "Arrange By" in Tools menu in Entourage

On my Dad's iBook G4, in his Office 2004 Entourage, there does not seem to be an "Arrange By" selection under the Tools menu. Also, there does not seem to be a "Received" column where the email is listed.

What he wants to do is set it so that it arranges the emails by date received. I know that is how it is set up by default, but for whatever reason, it is not set up that way.

Suggestions?

It's not in the Tools Menu. It's just above the listing pane;

Arrange By Newest on top
