On my Dad's iBook G4, in his Office 2004 Entourage, there does not seem to be an "Arrange By" selection under the Tools menu. Also, there does not seem to be a "Received" column where the email is listed.
What he wants to do is set it so that it arranges the emails by date received. I know that is how it is set up by default, but for whatever reason, it is not set up that way.
Suggestions?
