No information upon CD input...

My lovely just bought me two new CD's: Tiesto: In Search Of Sunrise, and Evanescence: The Open Door.

When I put either of these CDs in, no artist information, song names, album artwork, etc. will show up in iTunes. It's driving me nuts. I can, of course, just add all that myself... but shouldn't it be that way anyway?
 
Are you clicking "Advanced -> Get CD Track Names"? It's possible that no one has uploaded the information yet, if you do add the information, click "Advanced -> Submit CD Track Names"
 
Thanks Eric. The little "Get CD Track Names" thing worked. I don't know why iTunes doesn't automatically access the CD's Gracenote (or whatever it's called) database and get them... I remember all my old CD's (or maybe iTunes) used to do that.
 
You might want to make sure that "Automatically retrieve CD track names from the internet" is selected in Preferences -> Advanced -> Importing.
