the only thing you can do is update manually your address book with the com 9500 that's all i use to have the 9500 and i have tried e v e r y t h i n g no way, i sold it and bought a blackberry.
i miss my commi but could not get it working and the blackberry with pocketpc, just install plug cable in and it works sync perfectly also with entourage.
