Normal User Acccount Login Failure

My administrator account works fine. When you attempt to login to two other 'normal' accounts, the login 'striped' progress bar runs indefinitely, requiring a forced quit to get back in via the administrator account. A brief 'extra queue' exchange at my local 'Genius' bar suggested HP printer based conflicts. Apple support site did not yield any leads. I am running OSX3.9, on a G4 iMac.

Create a new standard account. If it works, then move your old files to it.
