Not able to login to Active Directory

After upgrading my 15" MacBook Pro to Leopard, I can not login to my Active Directory network account at work. I work in a very large network Corp. With
Tiger, I could login to the same account I used in Windows network account on my Mac. In Tiger, I was able to first bind or add my computer object to Active Directory using the Directory Access utility. I rely on my laptop as a test and troubleshooting computer, I am in IT department.
