Hi,
My name is Bogdan and I would like to ask for assistance.
I have a MAC OS X version 10.4.10. At my office, presently there are also 3 PCs, on one PC is installed a Canon LBP 5000 printer and is shared, the other PCs could see the network printer ans can use it! But from my MAC I can see only "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" - and it shows me as Printer 2 (the actual shared name). How come my MAC can see this "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" but not also the Canon printer, which is also shared.
