I have trouble keeping my internet up. Everytime i am on a page i safari for a little while reading or typing something on that page, the internet freezes and it will not let me go to another page or to another site. I have to turn my airport off and the turn it back on to reconnect to the internet. Can you help me? I have safari 3.1 and i have deleted all my cookies and history

Have you tried a different browser to check whether it has anything to do with cookies and history before you deleted them? A cross-browser check usually clears up whether it's a system/Airport problem or a browser-related problem.
