Odbc Configuration to Mysql Db

Hi,

I have an environment with PCs and MACs. We are running a MySQL database under Linux with an ms access front end application under Windows platform.
With PCs I don't have any problem at all, but I cannot get a MAC to connect to the server and it doesn't give me any error except that I cannot connect.
I notice that the configuration for MySQL driver differs from PC and MAC. PC driver has more fields to fill up than the MAC (user, password)

Please could you help me?
