Well are you telling us how to revory files? I ask because this is a HOWTO fact forum, not a question form. If you want to ask an OS X question you should go to the threads Mac OS X System & Mac Software or for hardware questions Hardware & Peripherals and lastly a forum for networking Networking & Compatibility.
Now if you deleted you files STOP USING THE Mac RIGHT NOW or you write over the data. Then you will have to get a un-delete program like Data Rescue 2.
Now you know why Apple put Time Machine into Leopard.
It should be in the trashcan, if you emptied it, you may need more serious recovery options. There is a Secure Empty Trash and a simple Empty Trash. If you did Empty Trash, there may be a utility out there to recover the files. If you did Secure Empty Trash, better take the computer to the FBI...they should have a way to bring the stuff back
